  • You must be 16 or over.
  • You must have mild – moderate levels of depression, anxiety or stress as this service is not suitable for moderate - severe symptoms.
  • You must have a GP in Wales or be a resident in Wales.
  • You must not be receiving secondary care services.    A number of fully funded counselling sessions, up to 8 per person, are available online and over the phone to people anywhere in the UK.
